New Land Ownership/Stewardship Layers are available.
The Montana Natural Heritage Program has updated its public land ownership and stewardship layers with new information that has been made available this summer. The 1:100,000 scale public land ownship and managed areas layers were updated in mid-August.
The Conservation Easements layer is now derived from the Montana Base Map Service Center's Cadastral database, and this was updated on September 18.
All three layers may be viewed on the Heritage Tracker or the Montana Digital Atlas.
