The Montana County Health Profiles represent the current effort of the Health Planning Section of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) to provide a compendium of health planning data. The Profiles give health providers, planners, and other policy makers consistent data for identifying health needs and evaluating plans and programs. Primary source data is compiled in the Profiles by county and for the state overall, in three areas: 1)Demographics/ Socio-Economic Indicators, 2)Health Indicators, and 3)Health Resources.
