The Interactive Charts and Mapping Tool allows you to visually compare data across Counties and for the entire State, giving you the opportunity to see where your county ranks in the "bigger health picture".

Quick Start Guide

Select a Year

First select a year.

Select County(s)

Then select one or more counties.  You may select:

  • A single year and multiple counties.
    --OR--
  • Multiple years and a single county.

Select Data

Choose the data group you wish to see.

Chart Tips

  1. Click on the Group by... link (if shown) to toggle the chart between grouping by item or grouping by county.
  2. Click on the Name of the County to open a new window with details for that county.
  3. Click on the Map link at the base of each column of numbers to open a new window showing that particular item for each county in the state.
